Personal Assistant to CEO.

Keep the CEO’s day running smoothly—from calendars, communication and travel to meetings, events and selected personal arrangements. A high-trust role for someone organised, discreet and confident with people.

Apply for this role

A trusted partner in the day-to-day.

We are looking for an organised, confident and dependable Personal Assistant to help the CEO manage professional commitments and selected personal arrangements. You will keep track of the details, communicate clearly and make sure important things do not slip through the gaps.

This is a people-facing, high-trust role. It suits someone who enjoys coordination, stays composed when plans change and understands the importance of confidentiality.

What you will do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders and changing priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings and related arrangements.
  • Organise meetings, dinners, events, reservations and the details that make them run smoothly.
  • Handle routine communication, coordinate with people and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with selected personal errands and arrangements alongside professional responsibilities.
  • Research travel options, products, services, people and other requirements; present clear, useful options.
  • Accompany the CEO to selected meetings, events or travel when required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.

What you will bring

  • Strong organisation and dependable follow-through, with the ability to manage several moving parts.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills; confident dealing with colleagues, guests and service providers.
  • Professional conduct, maturity and good judgement in a role that works closely with the CEO.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive professional and personal information.
  • Adaptability when priorities change, and comfort with flexible timings and occasional travel.
  • Good command of English and Hindi.
  • Confidence using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Experience that can translate well

We prefer 2–6 years of relevant experience. You may come from a personal or executive assistant role, hospitality, cabin crew, guest relations, luxury retail or another client-facing background with strong coordination responsibilities.

What matters is your ability to organise, communicate, exercise judgement and follow through reliably.
